Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Carrier selection depends on your location and the size of your order.

• Most deliveries are sent via Allied Express or Direct Couriers
• In some cases, freight may be handled by Northline or a specialised local carrier
• Tracking details are always provided once your order leaves our warehouse

Warehouse Collection

• Collection address is provided once a collection date has been booked
• If your cubby is not collected within 2 weeks of the booking link being sent, a $50 weekly holding fee will apply

To ensure your cubby house is covered under warranty, it must be painted correctly prior to use.

• Apply 2 coats of primer
• Apply 2 coats of exterior weather shield paint

Proper painting and sealing protects the timber from weather exposure and significantly reduces issues such as leaks and timber movement.

All Kidzshack cubby houses include installation manuals to guide you through assembly.

For best results:

• Use a battery drill (not a manual screwdriver)
• Install on a level, dry surface
• To prevent any drips through the roof over time, we recommend sealing the roof panelling with No Gaps silicone
• Paint with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Weathershield paint
• Top up paint yearly to maintain protection and extend the life of your cubby
